Delivery Information
1. Dispatch Times We aim to process and dispatch all standard orders within 1 to 3 working days. Custom or built-to-order items will clearly state their specific lead times on the product page.
2. Delivery Methods All UK orders are shipped via standard tracked courier services. Delivery times are generally 2 to 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
3. Delayed Orders In the rare event of severe delays, we are bound by UK law to ensure goods are delivered within 30 days of the order date unless a different timeframe was explicitly agreed upon. If we fail to deliver within this window, you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Risk and Ownership The responsibility for the goods (risk of loss or damage) transfers to you the moment the parcel is physically delivered to your specified address.
