Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us via email at [email protected].
2. Returning Non-Faulty Items If you cancel under the cooling-off period, you must return the items to us in their original, unused condition within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once the item is inspected, we will issue a full refund (including standard initial delivery costs) to your original payment method.
3. Faulty Goods (30-Day Right to Reject) Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your hardware is faulty, you have the right to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of receiving it. In the case of faulty goods, we will cover the return postage costs.
4. The 12-Month Hardware Warranty Outside of the 30-day window, our hardware is covered by a 12-month operational warranty. If a defect arises during this period (excluding user damage or modifications), we will repair or replace the item.
